The standings have been updated after the second day of action at the MODUS Icons of Darts League with Wessel Nijman finishing top again.
Nijman has won every single game so far in the Icons of Darts Live League finishing it odd today with victory over Andy Jenkins who had an excellent first day in the competition.
He only lost out to the eventual winner so will be a real threat tomorrow when the action returns for a third day.
David Evans lost out twice today but because of only one defeat yesterday, he remains second in the table as a result.
Paul Nicholson is down in fourth after today’s action with three wins and five defeats and the table is rounded out by Mark Webster (who didn’t play today)
Finally, Raymond van Barneveld who is on eight defeats after eight games having failed to win today either.

- I dont like individuals or crowds trying to put any player off when they are trying to check out, how anyone can think its okay for the crowd to whistle or shout as someone is throwing for a double is beyond me but it does seem to have become part and parcel of the modern game. I no longer play now, darts is as good as dead at a local level round my way but when i did play many years ago, no matter how intense the rivalry you never shouted out or whistled when an opponent from the other team was throwing for a double.Mysstree17-11-2024
