Suljovic saw off Kim Huybrechts in a 6-1 win which for the most part he was on course for a whitewash. The Austrian Darts Championship winner only hit 1 180 but four 140's. His doubling stats though were the real difference with 6/13.
Van Gerwen similarly was clinical on the doubles pouncing on some poor stats from Smith who despite averaging more than him only hit 22 percent of his chances compared to 60. This meant that he lost out in a 6-2 defeat.
Ratajski's win was less clean cut with a 6-5 win over Keegan Brown where he averaged 96 but had problems on his doubles only hitting 31 percent.
Brown hit 50 percent but missed out in the end with it going to a last leg decider which 'The Polish Eagle' held his nerve to see off the Isle of Wight ace.
