Summer break is almost over; check out the PDC calendar with all the major darts tournaments as Autumn begins

It is to be hoped that darters made good use of their vacation days, because starting next weekend, darters will have few days off in the remaining months of the season.

The next two Players Championship tournaments in Hildesheim on Aug. 26-27 will kick off the period that ends with the PDC World Darts Championship in December and January.

Through the remaining Players Championship tournaments and Euro Tour tournaments, players still have a chance to qualify for the remaining majors this year. The next televised tournament, the World Series of Darts Finals in Amsterdam from Sept. 15 to 17, does not yet count toward the world rankings, but during the subsequent televised tournaments, players can all make hits on the PDC Order of Merit if they perform well.

The first qualifying race leads to the World Grand Prix, scheduled from Oct. 2 to 8. The European Darts Championship is scheduled from Oct. 26 to 29. For the qualification race of that tournament, only the Euro Tour tournaments count, three of which will still be played in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, the final tournaments of the PDC Women's Series and PDC Challenge Tour will also be played. Starting tickets for the Grand Slam of Darts and the Darts World Cup can also be earned through these circuits.

November is the month of the Grand Slam of Darts and the Players Championship Finals. Then darters will have just under three weeks to prepare for the PDC World Darts Championship.
