Fallon Sherrock is into the final of the Nordic Darts Masters after an incredible comeback from the Queen of the Palace to defeat Dimitri van den Bergh 11-10 in a deciding leg thriller.
Sherrock came from 8-2 and 10-6 down to see off the former World Matchplay champion and will now face off against either Jonny Clayton or Michael van Gerwen for the title later.
Sherrock took the first leg in the tie but was punished for three missed darts at doubles and Van den Bergh moved 2-1 ahead.
The missed darts at double was a theme of the opening exchanges for Sherrock as she sat 4-1 down at the interval after squandering eight darts at doubles.
Two more darts at doubles went begging for Sherrock and Van den Bergh secured a 5-1 lead before breaking again for an 11-darter on 81.
Sherrock finally stopped the rot to sit at 7-2 but had a mountain to climb as Van den Bergh went 8-2 up at the interval and ever closer to the winning line.
On return though, Sherrock looked for a lifeline in the form of a 106 checkout to make it 8-3 and this continued with a 70 checkout at 9-4 down.
Both players landed their fourth 180's of the match but Van den Bergh missed three at doubles and Sherrock capitalised to make it 9-5.
This was made into four legs out of five as Sherrock took out 92 to make it 9-6. But with the legs running out, Sherrock missed two darts at double and Van den Bergh went one away at 10-6.
But three missed match darts allowed Sherrock to reduce the deficit to 10-7 and this firmly came back to bite Van den Bergh who made it four and Sherrock made it 10-9.
He crumbled once more on the doubles and Sherrock's darting destiny came true as she broke with a 101 checkout before sealing it with a 100 checkout.
