Darts phenomenon
Beau Greaves made history again Sunday in Wigan by extending her unprecedented run of wins at the PDC
Women's Series to a whopping 86 matches in a row. With convincing victories in tournaments 23 and 24, the 21-year-old player from Doncaster closed the season in style, while Noa-Lynn van Leuven and Gemma Hayter also managed to qualify for the PDC World Darts Championship.
Greaves, who already broke her own record of 70 consecutive wins earlier this year, once again showed her absolute dominance at the Robin Park Leisure Centre. By winning all four final tournaments of the season, she brought her total to 13 consecutive tournament victories - an unprecedented achievement within women's darts.
Proud, but mostly grateful
Afterwards, Greaves expressed pride, but mostly gratitude. “To win the last four events is a great end to the season,” reflected Greaves.
“It’s a great achievement. It’s a lot of darts to throw and a lot of games to win, so it’s nice. I absolutely love playing, I love the competitiveness of it all, so that drives me on.”
With 18 wins from 24 Women's Series events this season, Greaves is without question the queen of the circuit. And it doesn't just stop at the Women's Series: Greaves also finished second on the Winmau Development Tour, which earned her a coveted PDC Tour Card for 2026 and 2027. In addition, she made it to the final of the Winmau World Youth Championship just last week.
“It’s amazing to have a Tour Card and now I’m looking forward to a busy end to the year,” continued Greaves. "I know it’s going to be tough but that’s what I signed up for, and I just want to give it a good go.”
Outlook: Grand Slam of Darts and Winmau World Masters
For Beau Greaves, however, the season is not over yet. In November, she will be on the oche in the Grand Slam of Darts, for which she qualified as number one in the PDC Women's Series. Moreover, the top eight players in the Women's Series rankings are among those chosen for the 2026 Winmau World Masters preliminaries.
The question now occupying the darts world: who will stop Beau Greaves? With her boundless motivation, technical perfection and mental resilience, the young Englishwoman seems far from finished winning. Where her ceiling lies, no one dares to predict anymore - perhaps it lies somewhere among the men, on the very highest stage.
