Third time lucky for Beau Greaves as she secures her first PDC Women's Series title of 2025

The question was not if but when Beau Greaves would win her first PDC Women's Series title of the season. Sunday afternoon we got the answer to that question, as at the third tournament of 2025, success was realised for the world's best female player.

Greaves was surprisingly eliminated in the last sixteen by Lorraine Winstanley at the first tournament on Saturday. Saturday night, 'Beau 'n' Arrow' did make it to the final of tournament 2, but was defeated by rival Fallon Sherrock. After defeating Noa-Lynn van Leuven (4-1), Marlene Barcelos (4-0), Steph Clarke (4-0) and Chelsea Campbell (4-0), Greaves faced Sherrock again in the quarterfinals of Women's Series 3.

This time the showdown was easily won 5-1 by the 21-year-old Englishwoman. After that, Greaves also managed to beat Jo Locke (5-1) and Robyn Byrne (5-1) thus seizing the title.

How much prize money is up for grabs at the PDC Women's Series?

If there are at least 128 players competing, the PDC Women's Series participants will be awarded prizes from the last 64, with fifty pounds for reaching this round. If there are fewer than 128 players, the counter only starts running from the last 32. In that case they do collect one hundred pounds.

This amount eventually keeps increasing. A final place already earns 1,000 pounds anyway. The winner of the tournament receives 2,000 pounds in prize money. The number one of the Women's Series Order of Merit gets to compete at the Grand Slam of Darts and the World Darts Championship, while the number two also gets to compete at Alexandra Palace.
