"This has seriously made my head spin": 16-year-old Luke Littler opening Christmas presents baffles darts fans

Luke Littler has emerged as the sensation of the ongoing World Darts Championship in recent days. The 16-year-old is in the third round after wins against Christian Kist and Andrew Gilding, respectively.

Expectations in Littler are high, with several observers already calling him a candidate to win this World Championship. However, his family is keeping both feet on him. His mother, Lisa, took to social media on Christmas Day to remind fans of this. She shared a photo showing the talent sitting by the Christmas tree and opening his presents. "Just a 16 year old opening his prezzys," she captioned the photo, along with some smiling faces and hearts.

Littler returns to action on Wednesday, Dec. 27. In the first installment of the evening session, he will take on Canadian Matt Campbell.
