This weekend marks the denouement of the PDC Asian Tour with the final three tournaments of the season. Meanwhile, the first two tournaments were played and they were won by Lok Yin Lee and Reynaldo Rivera.
Lee won the first tournament of the weekend. The Hong Kong-based darter won the event after wins over Paolo Nebrida (4-2), Paul Lim (4-2), Junjie Li (5-4), and Rosendo Lubaton (5-4), among others.
The second tournament was a triumph for Rivera. The Filipino dealt with the likes of Christian Perez (4-3), Lok Yin Lee (4-2), Sandro Sosing (5-2), and Alexis Toylo (5-2) on his way to the title.
Sunday is the final event of the season. The top four of the final ranking will receive an invitation to the World Darts Championship. Ilagan can no longer escape placement. Man Lok Leung, Reynaldo Rivera and Paolo Nebrida currently complete the top four. Lok Yin Lee, Jun Matsuda, Tomoya Goto and Pau Lim also still have a chance to qualify for the World Darts Championship.
