The
German Darts Championship saw a return for the European Tour but also an insane standard on show in front of the crowd in Hildesheim.
After the conclusion of proceedings, the top ten averages have been revealed with Dave Chisnall leading the way with 108.65.
Chisnall bounced back after averaging 78 against Cody Harris during the World Series of Darts Finals and saw off Host Nation Qualifier, Lukas Wenig in a whitewash.
Krzysztof Ratajski followed with 106.92 during the Last 16 against Joe Cullen with a dominant win in the latter stages of proceedings. Peter Wright hit just a bit less at 106.76 during one of the games of the weekend against Michael Smith.
Jonny Clayton and Mervyn King both averaged 103 and rounded out the top five. For winner Devon Petersen, he appears twice in the list in 8th and 9th with 102.75 and 102.60 with his best effort coming in the final showing that he saved some of his best darts till last.
