The International Darts Open takes place for the eighth time. After titles for Michael Smith (2015), Mensur Suljovic (2016) and Peter Wright (2017), Gerwyn Price (2018, 2019 and 2022) won three of the four subsequent editions. In between, Joe Cullen was the strongest in 2020. In 2021, the tournament did not go ahead due to the corona pandemic.
