Updated PDC Order of Merit: Luke Littler into top 25 as Ross Smith reaches career high

Luke Littler moved up to 25th in the world rankings after winning the Austrian Darts Open last weekend. He passed Krzysztof Ratajski, from whom 'The Nuke' managed to win in the last sixteen.
Some of the 17-year-old Englishman's later opponents also made progress on the PDC Order of Merit. Ross Smith went down in the semifinals against Littler, but did move up to the fourteenth position in the world rankings. This is the highest ranking ever for "Smudger," who does have to defend his 2022 European title in October.
In the final of the Austrian Darts Open, Littler was 8-4 too strong for Joe Cullen. The latter has now moved up to fifteenth place, tied with Dirk van Duijvenbode so the European Tour completing its effect as usual of shaking up the rankings.

- I completely agree with Vincent's comments on "whistlegate". It's great to have someone with Vincent's exprience address this issue, so hopefully clearer and stricter guidlelines can be given to referees, security and members of the crowd. No whistling during throws, and something like: whistlers evicted and fined a hefty sum.
