The Players Championship Order of Merit has been updated after 26 out of 30 events which saw Daryl Gurney and Mensur Suljovic claim titles.
Gurney has moved up to 16th as a result; Suljovic up to 18th after the latest Players Championship double header and it shows that these two winning these titles is important for their season.
It puts them in a strong position to go towards the top 10 for Minehead; ahead of the last two double headers of action.
Further down, Simon Whitlock sits in 60th; so is in danger of potentially not qualifying for Minehead. This especially due to the likes of Conan Whitehead having a brilliant weekend which see him just outside the top 64.
As a result going into these last few events, it is qualification further down which will be watched very closely with certain big names potentially missing out.
