Updated Race to World Grand Prix after Danish Darts Open: Dobey likely secures debut in Dublin after run in Copenhagen

Chris Dobey reached the final of the Danish Darts Open in Copenhagen and despite losing out to Dave Chisnall; the run could secure his progression through to most of the majors for the rest of the year.

'Hollywood' has all but secured his debut at the World Grand Prix in Dublin in September as well as being involved in World Matchplay in Blackpool.

Stephen Bunting and Joe Cullen are also into the top ten giving themselves a real chance of making it into Dublin despite it being a number of months away till the cut off.

At the other end of the Order of Merit, Gabriel Clemens and Vincent van der Voort are the final players currently in the top 16 just ahead of Kyle Anderson and Ross Smith.

There are still a lot of events left before the cut-off so it could still change again but for the players above; they are on the right track to be involved in the double start format.
