Van Barneveld with striking revelation: 'Price wanted wife of Peter Wright as his manager'

Raymond van Barneveld was recently a guest on Viaplay to give his analysis on the Premier League. The 55-year-old Dutchman came out with a striking revelation there.

Price is known to often not mince his words on social media. "It's about time he got a manager. Now there is no one to hold him accountable, he does everything himself and that regularly makes him sour anyway. Partly because of those remarks, the public has also started booing him," Van Barneveld said.

"He has knocked on the door of Joanne Wright (Peter Wright's wife) to mentor him, but she has refused," Van Barneveld continued. "Still, I would advise him to keep looking for a suitable manager, which is really something Price needs."
