Van den Bergh not content with place in top 16 of PDC Order of Merit: 'Want to do a bit better every year'

Dimitri Van den Bergh failed to defend his title at the Nordic Darts Masters last weekend.

Nevertheless, Van den Bergh, who went down against Gerwyn Price in the quarter-finals, returns from Copenhagen feeling good. "My scoring was good, only my doubles could be a bit better, that is definitely still a working point," he said.

Van den Bergh is 11th in the world rankings after a strong World Championship, where he reached the semi-finals. "Last year the goal was to stay in top-16. But my goal now is to do a bit better every year, so hopefully I can move up a bit more."
