Dimitri Van den Bergh failed to win the European Darts Open on Sunday evening. The Dreammaker went down 8-5 in the final against Michael van Gerwen.
For Van den Bergh it was the first time he reached the final of a tournament on the European Tour. He is also only the second Belgian to do so.
Dutch Darts Masters
Kim Huybrechts has reached the final of five European Tour tournaments in the past. In 2013 he won the Dutch Darts Masters and in 2015 The Hurricane was the best at the European Darts Grand Prix.
