Dimitri Van den Bergh continues his lead in the
Premier League Darts table after seven nights but now has a small amount of daylight to the competition.
Van den Bergh is now on ten points, one point more than
Nathan Aspinall and Michael van Gerwen. They both have a leg difference of +9 and are tied for second place.
The differences are small at the top, with three players on an equal number of points.
Jonny Clayton, José de Sousa and
Gary Anderson have claimed eight points from their first seven games.
The first relegation in this year’s Premier League Darts came on Tuesday after
Glen Durrant suffered his seventh defeat. The defending champion will therefore certainly not return after Judgment Night.
In addition to Durrant, another player has to be relegated and that battle seems to be between James Wade, Peter Wright and Rob Cross. The latter is currently in ninth place with five points. Wright is on six points, followed by Wade with seven points.
