Van Duijvenbode impressed at times in his victory over Krzysztof Kciuk putting in probably his best performance to date on the European Tour.
'The Thumb' though came back from 5-2 down to force a decider but missed four match darts in the end which allowed 'Titan' to come back and claim a last leg decider win.
Henderson and Clemens were both impressive as well. 'Highlander' wrapped up an impressive 6-3 win over Ryan Joyce; he averaged 101.7 and hit 50 percent on doubles en route.
Clemens didn't average as much but he saw off his compatriot Steffen Siepmann with a 93 average and 55 percent on the doubles as he aims to continue his form on home soil.
