The second semi-final at the German Darts Grand Prix is set up with Michael van Gerwen stepping up his quest for back-to-back European Tour titles as he remains unbeaten in Munich.
Van Gerwen was facing Keegan Brown who is enjoying a resurgence as of late but that was brought to a halt by Mighty Mike who breezed through in a 6-2 win producing a 102.5 average in the process to move into the last four.
There he will face another familiar foe and a player who has got the better of him at times as of late in Luke Humphries.
Humphries wasn't as comfortable coming through his tie with Wesley Plaisier in a thrilling battle in the last Quarter-Final.
He was sent all the way to a decider by the Associate Member Qualifier and produced a superb 71 checkout with Plaisier sat on 40 to win letting out a huge roar befitting of the win.
He produced three ton-plus checkouts throughout the contest and like his next opponent a 102 average as he will next look to down another Dutchman in The Green Machine.
