From 16 to 18 April, the
German Darts Grand Prix is on the schedule in Munich. During this
European Tour tournament, £140,000 in prize money will be distributed.
All the qualifiers are guaranteed £1,000, while the top 16 players of the German Darts Grand Prix are guaranteed £2,000. However, these sixteen players must win their first match in the second round for the prize money to actually count towards the world ranking and other rankings.
Qualifying players who win their first match will also go on to receive £2,000 in prize money. The third round is good for £3000, while quarter-finalists go home with £5000 anyway. The semi-finalists will get at least £6500, before the rewards go into the five figures for reaching the final.
The winner of the third Euro Tour tournament of the season will go home with £25,000. The runner-up at the German Darts Grand Prix will receive £10,000.
