Van Gerwen demolishes Lewis to set up clash with Price

Michael van Gerwen has completed the line-up for the semi-finals at the Grand Slam of Darts. The world number one demolished Adrian Lewis 16-6 to move into the final day of action in Wolverhampton.

Van Gerwen broke Lewis' throw in the first leg already with a 14-dart leg, before moving 3-1 up with a 12-darter. Mighty Mike then took another four legs to take a 7-1 lead.

Lewis held his own throw for 7-2, before Van Gerwen extended his lead to 11-4. Jackpot claimed another two legs after the third interval as Mighty Mike hit a 13-dart leg in the 22nd leg to win the match.
