A tie with Rob Cross and Gerwyn Price delivered one of 'Voltage's best and worst performances ever seen on the ProTour as 'The Iceman' couldn't live with the current European Champion at points.
Until calamity struck for Cross who thought he'd won the match and when returning started to miss match darts.
This continued to give Price lifelines who came from the brink to claim victory and this proved the only bump in the road en route to the title.
