VIDEO: Gilding doesn't realise match with Rock is over as format extends at Players Championship 12

UK Open champion Andrew Gilding was caught up in a hilarious moment on Sunday's Players Championship event in his semi-final tie with Josh Rock.

With the scores level at 5-5, Rock pinned a ruthless 80 checkout in two darts to move 6-5 up in the match. Enough to win a regular Players Championship encounter but in the semi-final of course, it's first to 7.

Seemingly, no hard had reminded Andrew Gilding of this fact as he quickly came to congratulate Rock on his 6-5 victory.
