The latest European Tour event in the form of the Czech Darts Open was completed this past weekend with Jamie Hughes claiming a brilliant win over Stephen Bunting.
It was a potentially career-changing moment for the Tipton ace who won through to the World Matchplay as a result.
This was also a maiden final on the European Tour for Bunting; who will welcome this return to form after a spell previously in the darting doldrums.

- As prize money increases each year and there are now more tournaments then logically breaking the £2 million barrier is going to happen, only thing preventing it is the now deeper strength in depth of the darting field. If you took Taylor’s best two consecutive years and substituted the prize money from now onto the tournaments he won he would have passed the £2 million.Mysstree26-11-2024
