Michael Smith secured back-to-back Players Championship titles in Wigan on Wednesday seeing off Callan Rydz in the final.
It was an incredible display from Smith who produced a 110 average, 9/11 on the doubles and a high checkout of 161.

- I completely agree with Vincent's comments on "whistlegate". It's great to have someone with Vincent's exprience address this issue, so hopefully clearer and stricter guidlelines can be given to referees, security and members of the crowd. No whistling during throws, and something like: whistlers evicted and fined a hefty sum.
