Michael van Gerwen has progressed as winner in Group G of the 2021 Grand Slam of Darts after finishing with a stunning win over John Henderson.
Van Gerwen won through 5-1 against 'The Highlander' who before proceedings had a good record against the Green Machine.
But he produced a showstopping checkout to complete the feat going bull-25-bull for a 125 checkout as he progresses alongside Joe Cullen in Group G in a display which saw a 93 average, four 180's and 5/12 on the doubles.

He was joined soon after by Mensur Suljovic who won through against Matt Campbell 5-0 sealing his spot in the next round in style.
Going into the match, he needed to win 5-3 or better to seal his spot but he breezed past the Canadian who has not been at his best this week.
This featured a 105.8 average, four 180's and 5/5 on the doubles as 'The Gentle' continues to produce on the big stage with a run to at least the Last 16.
