Vitezslav Sedlak denies John Henderson from second title of the weekend on PDC Challenge Tour

John Henderson failed to take a big step toward securing second place on the Challenge Tour Order of Merit. 'Big Hendo,' who recorded a tournament victory on Saturday afternoon, lost to Vitezslav Sedlak in the final of PDC Challenge Tour 22 on Sunday afternoon. This leaves the battle for second place exciting, with Cam Crabtree, Owen Bates and Christian Kist among others still involved.

Sedlak won a tournament on the Challenge Tour for the first time in his career. The Czech ace beat the likes of Alan Norris (5-2), Kurt Parry (5-4), Mike Warburton (5-3) and Arjan Konterman (5-4) to qualify for the final. Sedlak then saw off Henderson (5-2) for the title.

The Challenge Tour is open to players who participated in the Q-School but did not win a Tour Card there. The number one and two on the Challenge Tour rankings are offered a PDC Tour Card at the end of the season for the following two seasons. In addition, they may also participate in the World Darts Championship.
