James Wade moved through to the Quarter-Finals of the World Matchplay but had to come through in a closely run tie against Mensur Suljovic.

This was to follow a similar match against Jeffrey de Zwaan. He spoke afterwards and said that he got away with it again but that he's glad to be through.
He added that he wants to play better in his tie against Glen Durrant and 'stretch the imagination' as opposed to being involved in close battles.
'It was an indifferent game, I got away with a lot of things and I'm looking forward to the next one,' said Wade to LiveDarts.
'I was fortunate to get through in both games and to get through with a little bit of luck,' he added.
'It's a wonderful thing to be involved in and to be fair, I should have gone out in my last two games and I am just excited to be involved in it. Hopefully next game I can stretch the imagination and play better darts.'
