Wade edges past Clayton, will play Cullen in second semi-final after dominant display against Durrant

The second semi-final has been confirmed at the European Darts Matchplay with James Wade set to face Joe Cullen in Mannheim.

Wade firstly secured his place in the semi-finals with a 93.2 average during his victory over Jonny Clayton which finished 6-4.
He hit three 180's and a high checkout of 119 en route as he ended the run of 'The Ferret' who played his best that he has in some time on the European Tour.
Cullen then produced the goods during his win over Glen Durrant where it finished 6-2 to 'The Rockstar' as 'Duzza' once again couldn't get over the hurdle of the Quarter-Finals.
This victory included a 99.3 average, four 180's and 66 percent on doubles with 'The Rockstar' continuing his return to form.
