Jonny Clayton and Gerwyn Price will face off in the first semi-final of Premier League Darts Night 12 in Rotterdam after the Welsh duo continued their superb form as of late.
Clayton is looking for a third nightly win of his campaign so far after winning back-to-back before last week and he saw off Chris Dobey 6-4 in the opening match of the night who continues to play well but can't buy a win.
He sealed it in style with a second 121 finish of the match, the checkout best associated with 'The Ferret'. Started off with this finish as well pinning it on the bull to double his early advantage.
But a bust on 68 allowed Dobey back for 2-2. Clayton powered in a 124 checkout for 4-3 up and he went one away from the win with a break of throw at 5-3.
Dobey broke back but it was rendered irrelevant as Clayton crashed in another 121.
Gerwyn Price could yet qualify for the Premier League play-offs tonight and heap more pressure on Michael van Gerwen at the top of the standings.
He started off though with a tough examination as he saw off Michael Smith reeling off five consecutive legs from 3-1 down to win 6-3.
He pinned a 102 average, three 180's and a high checkout of 108 with the orange proving a good luck charm as 'The Iceman' donned the colours of the Dutch this evening.
