Van Gerwen and Price can finally qualify for play-offs Premier League Darts in Rotterdam

The first decisions could fall on Thursday night in Premier League Darts. During the twelfth of a total of 16 rounds of play, the first two players can definitively qualify for the play-offs.

After sixteen rounds of play, the four best players from the league phase will compete in the play-offs in London. Thursday night is the twelfth round of play in Ahoy Rotterdam. Michael van Gerwen can already secure his place in the last four in front of his own crowd.

The Dutchman leads the league table after 11 rounds of play with 29 points. Closest pursuer Gerwyn Price has 27 points. Number three Jonny Clayton follows well behind with 18 points.

Players are mathematically certain of a spot in the play-offs at 32 points. Van Gerwen needs to reach the final in Rotterdam to reach that point total. Price will reach 32 points with a weekly title and can then also already book his hotel room in London, where the finals night takes place on 25 May.
