After five years together, Luke Littler and ZXF Management have parted ways, ending a jubilant partnership, with the 18-year-old citing scheduling and his career progressing as the reasons for this abrupt end to their partnership.
Martin Foulds played a key role in Littler's rise to the pinnacle of darts, helping him grow off the oche as well as regularly watching him play in the flesh, acting as a mentor. They first crossed paths in 2020, two years after the company was founded. Foulds noticed Littler after seeing him throw and got him on board.
They have helped each other grow, with Foulds' company managing the likes of Chris Dobey and Nathan Aspinall. However, Littler will no longer be apart of the group, with him announcing the news in a touching tribute a day before he kicks off his 2025 World Grand Prix campaign.
“I want to say a massive thank you to ZXF Management, and especially Martin, for everything they've done for me so far in my career," Littler wrote on Instagram. "We’ve had some amazing times together over the last five years and I’ll always be grateful for the advice and support that helped me to get to this point. As my career moves forward and the schedule gets busier, we’ve agreed it’s the right time for me to take the next step with new representation. Martin has been brilliant for me and I wish him and everyone at ZXF the very best. Excited for what’s ahead.”
Foulds has overseen Littler's incredible rise to the top, which includes his first World Darts Championship appearance at the tender age of 16, creating headlines throughout the world with his incredible run to the final, where he was defeated by Luke Humphries in a thrilling clash. He would go on to win the Premier League on debut, along with triumphing in the World Series of Darts Finals and the Grand Slam of Darts. A year on from despair, he finally got his hands on the Sid Waddel trophy, defeating Michael van Gerwen in the final. The number one ranking is next on Littler's radar, as he looks to win his first major title away from ZXF Management in Leicester at the Grand Prix.
