England's pairing Michael Smith and Rob Cross will be top seeds as they look to claim the title. Gerwyn Price and Jonny Clayton will team up once again for Wales.
Damon Heta will make his debut for Australia alongside Simon Whitlock, with Kyle Anderson out due to still being in Australia.
John Henderson was confirmed as partner for Robert Thornton for the current champions Scotland who will be without Gary Anderson and Peter Wright this time around.
Paul Lim will return alongside Harith Lim for Singapore while Japan will have Yuki Yamada instead of Haruki Muramatsu for Japan.
In-form South African, Devon Petersen will partner newcomer Carl Gabriel with other pairings including Dimitri van den Bergh and Kim Huybrechts once more as well Max Hopp and Gabriel Clemens for Germany.
