Peter Wright came from 4-1 down to share the spoils with Michael Smith in the opening Premier League game in Glasgow.

Smith went 4-1 up with a 105 average in quick time despite the Scotsman playing well but capitulated. From there, ‘Snakebite’ broke the throw of Wright and his comeback started from there.
Wright hit his second 180 to hold throw to go 5-4 adrift. Smith squandered six darts at doubles allowing ‘Snakebite’ to break and then he guaranteed a point at 6-5. Despite that though, Wright couldn’t get over the line and they ended up drawing in the end as Smith threw a 15-dart leg in his own leg.
