Defending World Matchplay champion Peter Wright prevailed in a World Matchplay thriller seeing off Krzysztof Ratajski 13-11 and he discussed how he felt post match.
"I lost weight, I sweated too much," joked Wright post match. "Obviously over the moon for the win. Really enjoyed the match, it's good to see where I am. When people put me under pressure, I thought I handled it pretty well."
"With not using these darts before apart from one floor tournament and leading up to this, they handled the pressure ok."
Next up is Dimitri van den Bergh in another episode of Master v Apprentice with 'The Dreammaker' staying with Wright during COVID-19.
"He's playing really well, he's really confident. He's won two big tournaments this year. We'll see what happens, one of us is going to run away with it or it's going to be really close. I didn't teach him everything, the master will reign."
"If I play like that, then Dimi's got to up it but it's a different day, I could lose my arm somewhere down the road the next day or two so we will see."
