Peter Wright will face either Jonny Clayton or Dimitri van den Bergh in the Quarter-Finals of the 2022 World Grand Prix after seeing off Krzysztof Ratajski in a 3-2 sets win.

Wright came from 2-1 down reeling off six consecutive legs in a row to see off 'The Polish Eagle' in a superb victory.
Wright sealed an early break of throw on double 20 to lead 1-0. Both exchanged 180’s and Ratajski hit a 73 checkout to draw level at 1-1.
‘Snakebite’ hit double 20 to lead 2-1 with another break as he headed towards the first set. Wright missed multiple set darts and Ratajski sent it all the way before missing 120 and Wright picked his pocket for a 1-0.
Ratajski hit double 20 to break to begin the second set but Wright reciprocated on double six to make it 1-1. A 63 checkout saw Wright go one away from a 2-0 lead.
Wright missed three set darts and Ratajski hit double eight to send it the distance. An 82 checkout was missed and Ratajski hit double three to make it 1-1 and this meant a momentum shift as Ratajski went one away from a 2-1 sets lead which he sealed on double five.
But Wright hit back sealing four legs in a row to head towards the finish. He pinned double five to go one away. Ratajski missed double 16 for a 132 checkout and Wright hit a 76 checkout to seal it.
