Less exhibitions? Scrap the Premier League? The Players Championship is in my opinion the hardest title to win, 30 odd tournaments with the top 128 and you have to finish in the top 64 to have a chance of the trophy. Maybe modify the tournament so that if you win one of the rounds your gauranteed a place in the Finals.15-11-2025 16:10

Outside of the Players possibly likely to be included, the PDC and the pissed up punters does anyone really care about the Premier League? Noppert may be consistent in getting to latter stages but cannot recall him winning anything as yet this year. Premier League is still an exhibition event and a promotional tool so just being a good player really is not good enough if your outside the top four in the rankings thats why dour Dobey brings nothing and unfortunately Danny Noppert does not have much off a personality on the oche either.14-11-2025 11:30

While i do not think dart players should be paid a wage or even expenses it is ludicrous that you get nothing for turning up on the Pro Tour and losing in the first round whereas the officials are being paid a wage. Should have left the World Champion prize money at £500k and split the other £500k down the ranks. A side note to this. Would not surprise me the reason that Warriner Little and Chris Mason are not being retained for TV coverage is because of their support and backing to the players.05-11-2025 18:33

Probably go 1. Wright, 2. Anderson, 3. Wilson, 4. Thornton. Hard to compare Wilson to the other three as his career was over early PDC (WDC). Thornton has two PDC majors, outplayed Taylor to win the UK Open and outplayed MvG to win the Grand Prix and both were in their prime. Wright does have 7 PDC Majors whereas Anderson has 5.05-11-2025 10:28

Remember watching this and it’s not quite how it unfolded. Waites did play well however when they went off for a break with Wade well in the lead it was almost as if a different Wade came back. Probably one of his bi-polar episodes which was not so widely known then. I still include the GSOD as being a Major even when it was not officially classed as such so in my eyes Scott Waites is the only non PDC player to have won a PDC Major and is a far bigger win in terms of prestige than either of his BDO World titles.04-11-2025 01:01

Not so much a ‘who’s who’ of dart players more who are they and who really cares.02-11-2025 23:17

Expecting Van der Voort to transition soon, may win something in the Ladies competitions.01-11-2025 21:58

If something is dominated by a gender and it’s not because of exclusion or restrictions then logically it has to be because of the gender. Showjumping or other horse type events would be a good study as women can compete against men successfully yet its unlikely to be on a physical level and of course you have to factor in the horse and not just on its physical merits.30-10-2025 12:01
