More than 3,000 entries are already in for the 2025 Dutch Open Darts which will take place between 30 January - 2 February, 2025 at Bonte Wever in Assen.
Registration is open until next week with January 15 being the cut off date for those wanting to be involved in the biggest darts tournament in terms of size.
In terms of Prize Money, it will be significantly increase with a total € 50.155 which is a €12.500 increase on last year and also another change is that registration is done through DartConnect over the usual route making it easier for players.
The victors last year could yet not be back though to defend their titles. Beau Greaves is playing at UK Q-School at the end of the week where she is into the Final Stage automatically. While Jarno Bottenberg is also looking likely to be in the Final Stage and will likely play again today to decide whether he claims that spot.
But still the tournament will take place and with more than 3,000 ready to play, it will be the usual malaise of top talents ready to battle in the largest tournament in darts.
