Saturday is the final day of the 2024 World Seniors Darts Masters in Sunderland. After a full day of action, it will be known who crowns himself the winner Saturday night at the last major World Seniors tournament of the season.
First, the quarterfinals will be played on Saturday afternoon. In the first quarterfinal, Martin Adams and Paul Hogan face each other, before top favorite John Henderson takes on Matt Clark.
Fan favorite Tony O'Shea, who surprised with a win over Richie Howson on Friday night, crosses swords with Richard Rowlands at the last eight. The final quarterfinal will be between Robert Thornton and Neil Duff.
The four winners of the quarterfinals will return to the stage in the evening for the semifinals of the World Seniors Darts Masters. After a short break, the final will also be played later in the evening.
Unfortunately, the World Seniors Darts Masters cannot be followed on Dutch television. However, it is possible to follow the tournament by subscribing to Discovery +. Through this streaming service you can follow all matches live.
Participants are guaranteed £750 in prize money anyway. Players who win their first-round match will see their prize money rise to £1250.
For the four semifinalists, 2,500 pounds is up for grabs. The losing finalist gets double that, 5,000 pounds. The winner goes home with the top prize of 10,000 pounds.
