The 160 qualifiers for the UK Open which takes place between March 1st and 3rd have been all but confirmed.

All 128 Tour Card holders get a spot at the UK Open but come in at different rounds like the qualifiers previously would have dictated. The numbers 1-32 will join the field at the fourth round stage; 33-64 third round, 65-96 second and 97-128 in the first round. Add 32 Challenge Tour and Rileys Amateur Qualifiers into the first round as well and there is scope for some real shocks in Minehead.
Gary Anderson won the UK Open last year after defeating Corey Cadby in the final. The Australian is missing this weekend due to visa problems.
