Rob Cross is the first player to confirm his place into the last 16 at the Grand Slam of Darts. A 5-4 victory over Dimitri van den Bergh was enough to confirm his place within the best two players in Group H.

The victory almost slipped out of Cross' hands as the Belgian had one match-dart in the leg-decider. However, Van den Bergh missed his chance and Cross took out 48 to win the match.
Stephen Bunting also claimed his second victory of the tournament after beating Mensur Suljovic 5-3. 'The Bullet' played impressive as he averaged 104.36 against the Austrian ace. Despite his victory, Bunting has not secured his spot in the next round yet, as Scott Mitchell managed to beat Martin Schindler earlier on Sunday.
