Keegan Brown is the first man through in this afternoon's session to Round 3 in the
World Darts Championship. He has defeated
Zoran Lerchbacher also known as the Hypercane by a scoreline of 4 sets to 2.
It wasn't a classic by any means but in the final set, Brown took out 108 to win with an average of only 87.5 with neither man really catching light.
The first set started with Zoran winning the opening leg but Brown reeled off 3 straight legs to win the set. Zoran though came back to win a deciding leg to level up at 1-1.
Brown then hit the front hitting an 82 checkout to win the next set 3-1. Zoran then won the fourth set without reply to make it 2-2. It was Keegan though who won the next two sets to win through to the next round where he will play potentially Phil Taylor who faces Justin Pipe tonight.
