Michael van Gerwen is unsurprisingly the odds-on 10/11 favourite to complete a World Series of Darts finals treble in Glasgow.
The imperious World Number One this past weekend won his first TV title since winning the World Cup of Darts earlier this year after a barren spell that included exits in the World Matchplay, World Grand Prix, Champions League and also a withdrawal from the German Darts Masters due to injury but he defeated Rob Cross in Hasselt who will also be in action this coming weekend.
Gary Anderson is the second favourite with him being number one seed in front of his home crowd but in the past 'The Flying Scotsman' hasn't performed in the World Series ending tournament and will be wanting to put that right and you can get him at 4/1 odds.
Peter Wright will also be in front of his home crowd and unsurprisingly he is 3rd favourite but 'Snakebite' could be a good outside bet at 13/2 considering the brilliant year he has had winning 11 titles.
Mensur Suljovic is next up at 16/1 and the Gentle will be looking to end the year strongly before potentially going full time not only in the Premier League but the World Series and with him playing great and being even more popular than ever. 16/1 is a good bet.
Raymond van Barneveld and Rob Cross are tied at 16/1 with Raymond having the impressive stat of playing in every World Series event since it's inception and Cross being the newcomer and debutant in the tournament looking to add another title to his growing collection. The same can be said for Daryl Gurney who is 25/1, the World Grand Prix champion could be a very good outsider considering his move up to World Number 4 and having the year of his life.
Adrian Lewis, Corey Cadby and Dave Chisnall are all 33/1 with Cadby having a very busy few weeks in particular, the King has the WSOD Finals, Grand Slam, World Youth Championship which could open up a World Championship opportunity something he has spurned twice but is great on the stage so could go far with the right draw. Lewis is working hard and will be looking to make a mark in Glasgow while Chisnall had a back problem so if he does play he might not be at his sterling best.
Gerwyn Price, James Wade and Simon Whitlock despite being brilliant players are all 40/1 outsiders, World Series winner this year Kyle Anderson who narrowly lost out to Van Gerwen in the semi's in Hasselt and Michael Smith are 50/1
While Jelle Klaasen, Jonny Clayton, Mark Webster, Jan Dekker, Justin Pipe, Chris Dobey, Dimitri van den Bergh, Max Hopp and Simon Stevenson are seen as rank outsiders by Ladbrokes the title sponsors.
