Prize Fund Breakdown 2018 Champions League of Darts: £250,000 on offer

The Champions League of Darts is coming up shortly with Mensur Suljovic the defending champion, a title which brought him further success.
Prize Fund wise this remains unchanged for this year’s tournament shown on the BBC. The winner claims £100,000, runner up gets £50,000. All semi-finalists gets £25,000.
Finally for coming third and fourth in the group it is £15,000 and £10,000 respectively. It all begins on Saturday in Brighton with some of the world’s best including Michael van Gerwen and Gary Anderson in action.

If it is going to be done to English players, then we are more than entitled to dish the same back when players face off in England. - I dont like individuals or crowds trying to put any player off when they are trying to check out, how anyone can think its okay for the crowd to whistle or shout as someone is throwing for a double is beyond me but it does seem to have become part and parcel of the modern game. I no longer play now, darts is as good as dead at a local level round my way but when i did play many years ago, no matter how intense the rivalry you never shouted out or whistled when an opponent from the other team was throwing for a double.Mysstree17-11-2024
