Michael van Gerwen has claimed a fifth Premier League title after seeing off Rob Cross in the final.
Van Gerwen smashed Cross in a 10-5 win after streaking away in the end with it being fIlry even in the outset.
He started excellently going 5-1 up and looking good already for a massive win. This included a 112 checkout.
Cross stopped the rot and pulled back to within one at 5-4. MVG stopped the rot at 6-4 to go into the break with the upper hand.
He came back and stormed into the lead further and Cross only got one more leg with MVG smashing his way to the win.
