Van Gerwen smashes Lennon to set up semi-final with Anderson

Michael van Gerwen has smashed Steve Lennon in a 10-3 victory to set up a semi-final with Gary Anderson later on in Minehead.

They were both locked in at 4-3 with Lennon grabbing some early momentum but from there Van Gerwen turned on the afterburners.
Lennon didn’t get another leg after this with Mighty Mike winning six straight legs to claim the win.
Among the best parts of the game included a brilliant 132 checkout with Bull, Bull, D16 from MVG.
He hit a 101 average with two 180’s and forty five percent on the doubles in terms of statistics.
Both Van Gerwen and Anderson have been playing brilliantly this weekend so it will be a potentially thrilling semi-final.
