The PDC World Matchplay will take place from 21–29 July 2018 in Blackpool. The prize fund for the summer event remains unchanged from last year.
The winner of the PDC World Matchplay will pick up a prize fund of £115,000 and the runner up will claim £55,000. The Phil Taylor Trophy will be up for grabs after The Power retired last year.
