Beau Greaves dominant streak on the
Women's Series has now come to an end. After going 114 matches unbeaten,
Fallon Sherrock pulls out a stunning display to take Greaves down in the last 64 of event five.
Averaging 102.12, 'The Queen of the Palace' rolled back the years in some style. Greaves took the lead in rampant fashion, going out in 14-darts as another win looked on the cards for the sensation. However, Sherrock was not going to buckle easily. She responded with a 14-darter of her own before sailing out in the lead with a 13-darter.
This form continued right to the end with a clinical display from Sherrock turning out to be enough to take down Greaves in a scintillating
4-1 win. Greaves did not do much wrong, averaging over 100 in the process.
The main headline from this is that Greaves impennetrable win strak has come to an end. She extended it to 114 after defeating Lena Welc in a comfortable 4-0 trouncing before being handed a tough draw against Sherrock. She will return later today for event six of the 2026
Women's Series, with events seven and eight commencing tomorrow as Greaves looks to get back up to speed.
