The field for the 2023 Bahrain Darts Masters which is due to take place between January 12-13 is all but set with the PDC and Asian representatives announced mostly.
Led by current World Champion, Peter Wright as well as World Number One, Gerwyn Price. Michael van Gerwen will not be involved due to a pre-planned family holiday meaning Dutch representation will come from the doyen of Dutch Darts and five-time World Champion, Raymond van Barneveld.
Van Barneveld has seen his stock rise again after a superb run at the Grand Slam of Darts and will make his return for the first time since 2019.
He is joined by Luke Humphries who has been one of the most in-form players on the PDC Tour this season and will make is World Series of Darts debut after rising to World Number Five.
Also there include Rob Cross and Dimitri van den Bergh with one other player set. While Asian representatives will be led by Singapore Slinger and darting legend, Paul Lim.
While he won't be at the PDC World Darts Championship this year, darting fans will get to see him in Bahrain alongside Lourence Ilagan, Paolo Nebrida and Japanese ace Toru Suzuki.
There will be two more Asian representatives confirmed and two players from Bahrain as the World Series of Darts kicks off in January.
