Nathan Aspinall claimed a draw with Gary Anderson to finish the night at the Premier League in Liverpool in a dramatic contest.
Anderson was 5-1 up and seemingly cruising towards the finishing line but Aspinall powered back claiming four legs on the spin to claim the draw.
He averaged a remarkable 107.6 which is even more so considering Anderson only had an average of 94 in the end.
This was flanked with eight 180's from 'The Asp' who played well in fighting back against 'The Flying Scotsman'.
As a result this draw means that Aspinall is in fourth with the Stockport ace level on points with Michael Smith going into next week in Newcastle. Glen Durrant leads with nine points.
Gary Anderson is down in sixth ahead of Gerwyn Price, Rob Cross and Daryl Gurney who is adrift with only two points as Judgement Night whenever that will be approaching in the coming weeks.
